climate change

In my opinion, changing our lifestyle and our behaviour will reduce the damage humankind is doing to the planet. Firstly, reduce car emissions. Example, Choosing walk or cycle for short trips; Using public transport or Car-pool with workmates etc. Secondly, reduce energy expenditure in your home. Example, Turn off lights and appliances when do not in use;Use energy saving lamp;Take shorter showers ect.

Global Warming

I agree that Former President Bill Clinton said Mr. Bush was “flat wrong”. Mr. Clinton, a leading proponent on the urgent need for immediate action on saving the environment, “There is no longer any serious doubt that climate change is real, accelerating and caused by human activities.”

In my opinion,Firstly, governments need to reduce our dependence on fossil fuels and promote alternatives. Wind power and solar power are all things that are a step in the right direction.  Secondly, individuals can play a part by making lifestyle changes. People should try to buy cars with the best fuel economy, and only use their car when really necessary.  Finally, small things like buying energy efficient light bulbs, turning off electricity in the house, and planting trees in the garden can help.

Recycling

I believe that recycling is the responsibility of humanity to Earth. Recycling  helps with our climate problems. Since the day that mankind first discovered that certain things were recyclable, Earth has been a better place. Though not everybody recycles, enough people do that it makes a difference in the world, by not only being less of a burden on our planet resource-wise, but also by making our environment a better, cleaner place.
